This privacy policy (“Policy”) governs the usage of Biocube mobile applications i.e. TruNtrance and Bio-Access(“Mobile Application”), website or its subdomains biocubetest.com (“Website”) and all services provided to its visitors, current and prospective Users and all who use Biocube’s services worldwide.
Biocube provides services based on biometrics authentication and identification. The services are related to access management, banking, finance and insurance, KYC, healthcare, and others. This Policy explains Biocube’s practices including how Biocube collects, use, share and process data and protects privacy of its Users.
By accepting this Policy, the Terms of Use and using Our Website and/or Mobile Application(s) and services, You undertake that You understand and consent to this Policy. You hereby provide You hereby agree that Your personal data will be handled as described in this Policy. Your use of Our services is subject to this Policy and the Biocube’s Terms of Use. Our Terms of Use are incorporated with reference to this Policy.
Personal data that We collect
You agree and consent to Our collection, usage, processing, disclosure and transfer Your personal data as per the provisions of this Policy including the following:
(i) When You install and use Biocube’s Mobile Applications or Website, Biocube processes information that You provide to Us. While registering on Our application or Website, and generation of Biocube ID, You provide Us Your information including but not limited to Your full name, date of birth, email id, mobile number, gender, address, profile picture, biometrics, image of face and palm and voice recording for biometrics registration and authentication etc. The information collected is stored in Your own device and servers in secured format.
(ii) While You use Biocube’s services, Your information like legal documents including national id, tax id, passport, bank details etc. may be collected from You by Biocube. In addition to this, Biocube may collect some specific information required to avail a service for example location, insurance details, travel and stay details or institute and course details etc.
(iii) While You use contact Us facility on Biocube’s Website, You agree to provide Us Your information including Your full name, email id, mobile number, country, details shared in Your message etc.
Information collected from third parties
Biocube may collect Your personal data from third party service providers or government sources to verify Your legal documents, health status etc. as required for the service You are availing. Any data fetched from source through direct download or open API, necessary user consent is taken explicitly in an appropriate and required manner.
Information about Your use of the Mobile Application/Website
Biocube may collect Your information when You make use of Biocube’s services passively. When You avail a service, Biocube collects a log of the status of the service.
Communication with Us
In order to communicate with Us in any way, You may provide Your Biocube ID and other relevant information related to Your query and preferred way to contact You so that Biocube can provide You support. For example, You may send us an email with information related to Your query about availing a service.

Biocube operates and provides services including customer support and improving, customizing services. Biocube understands how customers use Biocube’s services and analyses the information to evaluate and improve services, research, develop, and test new services and features, and conduct troubleshooting activities.

Biocube have implemented commercially reasonable standard of security measures to protect Your personal data against any unauthorized access, misuse, tempering, disclosure, and destruction. Biocube takes all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and security of Your personal and sensitive information but be aware that there is no such thing as ‘perfect security’ over the internet which guarantees 100% (one hundred percent) security.

Biocube retains Your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes of providing access to the Mobile Application or Website and related services to You, to comply with Biocube’s legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce Biocube’s agreements.

Biocube reserves all the rights to update and amend Biocube’s Privacy Policy at any time. Biocube will notify You about changes in the Policy as appropriate and update the ‘Last Modified Date’ at the end of this Policy. The recent Policy will apply at the time of use.
